Kingsleys supports the Red Cross During the month of July The Kingsleys Team rounded up their troops for a donation to a VERY worthy cause, The Australian Red Cross Blood Bank. Simone Goldstein, Kingsleys Marketing Manager braved the needle and dontated blood (featured in picture). Wagyu Facts
Japan is renowned for having world class beef. Wagyu is Japanese beef bred with Australian Angus. Wagyu is a Western term meaning Japanese cattle Wa-Japan and Gyu-Cattle. One of the main reasons for Wagyu being so well received is due to the high marble score. Marbling is mono unsaturated fat with a low melting point. During the cooking process of Wagyu most of the fat renders off basting the meat resulting in a melt in the mouth steak...
